Terms of Service

Welcome to Dil Ka Rishta VIP (“Dil Ka Rishta VIP”, “we”, “us”), a boutique matchmaking service from Dil Ka Rishta. We help VIP Members find a life partner that fits their preferences and lifestyle through personalized, curated matrimonial profiles (the “Services”).

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Dil Ka Rishta VIP, the owner and operator of vip.dilkarishta.com and the related mobile application (together, the “Platform”). By registering or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Services.

Any term not defined here has the meaning given in those terms. If the two conflict, this Agreement applies to VIP Members. We may update this Agreement from time to time, and continued use of the Services means you accept the updated version.

A “VIP Member” is a registered member who has paid the applicable subscription fee and is availing the Services.

To become a VIP Member you must:

• ► be of legal marriageable age under the laws of Pakistan applicable to you, and in any case at least 18 years old;
• ► be legally free to marry and not be prohibited from marriage under any applicable law;
• ► submit a valid government-issued identity document, such as a CNIC, NICOP or passport, and complete our profile verification process; and
• ► provide accurate, complete and current information.

We may refuse, suspend or cancel a membership if eligibility or verification requirements are not met.

The term, fees and inclusions of your membership depend on the plan you choose and are shown at the time of purchase. Fees are charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise, and refunds, if any, are governed by the refund terms shown at the time of subscription.

Dil Ka Rishta VIP is a matchmaking facilitator only. Your assigned Personal Consultant will recommend prospective matches based on the partner preferences you provide. These recommendations are for your personal consideration only.

We do not guarantee that you will find a match, or that any match will be compatible, successful or lasting.

You agree to:

• ► provide truthful information and not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity, marital status, education, profession or family details;
• ► treat other members with respect, and not harass, threaten, defraud or pressure anyone;
• ► not post content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or contrary to the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 or other applicable laws of Pakistan;
• ► keep your login credentials confidential and not share or transfer your membership; and
• ► carry out your own due diligence before meeting or committing to any person.

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this Agreement, without refund where the breach is serious.

Verification badges and profile checks are an aid, not a guarantee. We do not endorse or guarantee the genuineness, character, intent, background or suitability of any member, profile or recommendation, including verified profiles. You must independently verify information, including family, financial and personal details, before making any decision. We recommend meeting in public places and involving family members or trusted persons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dil Ka Rishta VIP, its directors, officers, employees and representatives are not liable for any loss or damage, whether emotional, financial, reputational or physical, arising from your interactions with other members, or from content or communications posted by any member. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Pakistan.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dil Ka Rishta VIP, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of this Agreement, any misrepresentation, fraud or negligence by you, or your violation of any applicable law.

We keep your personal information confidential and take reasonable steps to protect it, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws of Pakistan. Information you choose to share with prospective matches will be shared as part of the Services. We may disclose information where required by law, a court order or a competent authority.

You agree that we may process your data, including by automated systems, to suggest profiles that match your stated preferences.

By registering, you consent to receive calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages and emails from us and our affiliates during your active membership about verification, match suggestions, service updates and offers. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by contacting us.

Membership is for the registered individual only and cannot be assigned or transferred. Companies, agencies, matchmakers or anyone running a similar or competing business may not become members or use member data for any commercial purpose. We reserve the right to take legal action for any misuse or unauthorized copying of member data.

“Dil Ka Rishta” and “Dil Ka Rishta VIP” and all related logos, content and software are owned by Dil Ka Rishta or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

Any feedback you send us may be used by us freely, without restriction or compensation to you.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.

This Agreement is the entire understanding between you and Dil Ka Rishta VIP on the Services and replaces any earlier agreement. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
